During 2019 I was focusing a lot on a couple of performances in which I wanted to play simple tones and try to be as minimal as possible.
I used one synthesizer and tried playing tones for half an hour each day in the morning.

At the same time I started recording environment sounds much more.

At last and not least in 2019, I was fortunate to be able to spend some time in the rain forest of Malaysia and a small island in Croatia.
Both of these places had a large impact on me.

I recorded sounds at these places and thought that actually these sounds do not need any kind of treatment or addition and that one should listen to them as they are.

There is so much music in there these environments.
One just has to listen.

That is why some of the material in this recording are pure field recordings.

Some of the recordings used are from Copenhagen (tracked called : Window) where I had a microphone hanging from the window (from fourth floor).
I fell asleep just listening to the amplified sounds off the street in the evening.

"Live at RAW KL" is a full recording of one of my tone/drone performances at the RAW art gallery in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia.
I thank Jyun-Ao Caesar Lin for recording the concert and my dear friends in Kuala Lumpur for inviting me to perform.

All of these and a bit more is the "The Forest And The Sea".
